So I've had my septum pierced for almost a year now with a 16g 10mm horeshoe it is titanium and I have these bumps on each side and I can't tell if it is irritation bumps or keloids. I have tried saline, antibacterial soap, and salt soaks and it helps a bit but they never fully go away. I don't notice a smell or puss so I don't think it's infected but idk what else to do to help it. My piercer said it looks like irritation and I'm overthinking. But that was back in September.
