Hi! I am in my 2nd trimester and still running! I sometimes experience extreme nipple burning during runs, when I mentioned this to my dr during the first trimester she blamed hormones and said it would go away by the 2nd trimester. I am 22 weeks and no relief yet! has anyone experienced and what have you found to help? Interested in maybe some silicone breast feeding /nipple covers but not sure what would stay in place! If you have any advice I am interested!
