just got a new laptop for work and some light gaming and now im stuck in the usual rabbit hole of antivirus options. every list says something different and some people say you need multiple layers which sounds like overkill. i mostly just want something solid that doesnt slow everything down or need constant tweaking. what do people actually run day to day?

Not talking about huge life changes, just the small things, like getting out of bed, caring about your routine, or feeling even a little bit okay again.

What actually helped you keep going?
