We met in nursing school. He’s two years above me, and I started last year. He’s Muslim, so we have some cultural differences, and there’s also a 12-year age gap between us.
Sometimes he calls me “cute” or “cutie” as a nickname, and occasionally even “baby.” I usually just ignore it because I never really know how to respond. During a few walks he seems to walk close, put his arm on my back, or brush against my hand. At home we dont text, only very rarely and hes dry over text, in person we do talk a lot. We sometimes meet in private to study, like at the library or outside somewhere. Recently, he asked me to come to his apartment to study there, but I said no because it made me feel a bit uncomfortable.
What’s interesting is that I always feel kind of weird or anxious before we meet, but once we actually meet up, everything is really good. We get along well, it’s fun, and he’s genuinely funny and easy to talk to. I think the reason I kinda like him is because he is , patient and he doesnt ask weird questions..almost every single guy I meet starts asking about sex etc.. this guy actually seems to enjoy spending time with me for who I am.. I just dont know if hes behavior is weird or if he likes me for sure.
Dinner pic is some white rice with a bit of mayo, some cheese, some sour cream chips and a cola!
