I enabled "Smart Download," and as a result, my songs just hang in a "downloading" state indefinitely. I’ve tried tweaking every setting—including background data usage and battery optimization for the app—but nothing helps; the changes simply won't stick. HOWEVER, if I manually download a specific song, everything works just fine. Why is this happening?
