Any banks in PH that approve personal loans for freelancers? (for debt consolidation, low credit score)

Hi, just wanted to ask if anyone here has experience getting approved for a personal loan as a freelancer in the Philippines, preferably for debt consolidation.

For context:

  • Freelancer earning around ₱100k/month
  • Expenses are already around ₱90k+ (auto loan, rent, utilities, family support, etc.)
  • Breadwinner, so medyo tight talaga
  • Took on extra debt recently due to house renovation for my family (no choice na, wala silang mauuwian if I didn’t push through)
  • Also have some loans from OLAs and maxed out na rin credit card
  • No overdrafts yet, but medyo papunta na if I don’t fix this soon

I checked my TransUnion score and nasa 606 siya, so not the best.

I already tried with CTBC Bank Philippines, but they require ITR + payslips with statutory benefits, which I don’t have since freelancer ako.

Honestly, I know kaya ko naman bayaran if I can consolidate everything into one loan with a more manageable monthly payment. Ang hirap lang ngayon kasi hiwa-hiwalay yung payments.

Questions:

  • May banks ba in PH that accept freelancers without traditional payslips + ITR?
  • Any success stories kahit hindi perfect credit score?
  • Any other options aside from OLAs?

Would really appreciate any advice or leads. Thank you 🙏

Personal Loan

Hi! May suggestions po ba kayo kung saan pwede mag loan yung mga freelancers? Around 350k lng po sana for debt consolidation kaso nahihirapan ako mag apply since I do not have ITR. I spoke sa isang agent sa CTBC and dapat daw ITR talaga. I can provide naman a COE pero hindi daw pwede. Struggle talaga. Badly needed lang kasi to avail a personal loan since hindi na kaya ng tapal2 lang yung mga due dates ko.

If there are any bank agents here, maybe you can help?
