Restart day. So slightly disappointed in myself. But there’s beginning. And I will achieve my soon instead of 60 I am going to start for 10 and then just keep adding 10 day afterwards

Is 2 strokes and not finishing counts to having to restart a daily goal

Very interesting day it felt very peaceful but my mind was racing ended up, helping my grandfather with some stuff and it was the first day were I didn’t think about jerking off but my brain pushed it.

Resisting was very hard mentally, but physically it easily. The longest I’ve gone was three days. Also was the first day where I didn’t feel disgusting.

Discovered it when I was nine years addiction since I just need help and some pointers to start too quit.
