These reports may relate to poor product quality, including concerns about durability, functionality,......" till today ~7000 orders 45 negative reviews" did not work...)for a cosmetic product. Hundreds of positive reviews. First appeal failed due to the reason: "Documents are unrelated to the appeal." Need to provide Compliance Documentation and Corrective Action Plan. Attached documents with the appeal: Cosmetic product safety report with MSDS, Corrective action plan. Manufacturer invoice. COA for product, changed description screenshot, and added additional use photos. WHAT else I need to provide? any help
