Does anyone here know why whoever had the cap installed on my truck they decided to swap the OEM harness to one with a smaller reverse bulb? I was gonna cut the reverse bulb and splice the OEM one back on so my bulbs actually fit into the damn socket.

I met my boy when I was 15. After 17 years he very suddenly and shockingly suffered from severe kidney failure Friday which led me to help him across that bridge yesterday. Unrivaled pain, a piece of me forever gone. The goofiest, funniest, most bizarre and adventurous boy I’ve ever known, always living on the edge and never letting anything stop him. He has given me more than I ever could give him. My warrior, my son, my soul.

Today I had to put my dog down after 17 years with me. I rescued him when I was 14/15 years old and i was with him until his final breath earlier today due to kidney failure. It’s very difficult as he was with me for everything you could possibly go through from my young age til now. He had given me more than I ever could have given him and I gave him everything. He was a warrior to the literal sense, battled pneumonia last year and Lyme disease the year prior, amongst other crazy predicaments he had gotten himself into over the years and never quit until I had to make that decision for him today. I hope it was the right decision and I hope even more that he forgives me. My world, my hero, my baby boy. My heart goes out to all who have lost their babies🖤
