Hey everyone! Throwing my hat in the ring — 3+ years as a Business Analyst at a Big4, and I'm exploring new opportunities.
Quick snapshot of what I bring to the table:
Currently in the Life Sciences / Healthcare space — working on GxP-compliant systems, regulatory requirements, and some pretty complex supply chain workflows across global markets.
Core BA stuff: BRDs, FRDs, user stories, BDD acceptance criteria, stakeholder workshops — the whole nine yards. I've led multi-workstream engagements and managed teams of 16+.
Tech side: Salesforce-heavy (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Agentforce), MuleSoft integrations, Power BI, SQL, Python. I hold a bunch of Salesforce certs too.
Cross-domain exposure: LSHC, FSI, Energy, FMCG — I've touched a bit of everything.
