Renting a room (2 rooms non-RTA) and landlord wants me assist in finding a new tenant, as I’m leaving 86 days early for an opportunity, they are increasing by 3-400 dollars (so going to 15/1600!). I doubt I’ll find someone at this new price, should I be concerned if I find no one? I’ll post the ad for sure, but I’m concern no suitable replacement and recourse if I don’t
