Hey everyone! I’m an incoming graduate student trying to find an apartment and honestly… I’m exhausted from searching 😭 hoping someone here can help.

Move-in: May 10–May 16. Long term rental 12+ months

Budget: ~$1400/month

Location: Somewhere between Illinois Medical District and Streeterville

Size: ~500 sq ft

Layout: Studio or 1 bed / 1 bath

Pets: None currently, but I may get an ESA dog in the future

Must-haves: In-unit laundry + dishwasher

I’m pretty flexible on everything else. If you know of any places, sublets, or leads, please let me know, I’d really appreciate it! I’ve never rented before so I am really struggling here.
