Everything else about me is good. I don’t multiapp, I’m not running errands in the middle of my deliveries, I’m doing what I gotta get done and I’m at a 97% satisfaction rate with 1% cancellation. I remember a couple weeks ago my on-time plummeted from 92% to where it is now, and ever since then I cannot for the life of me get out of this rut.

What’s worse is that I’m now getting messages every so often saying that “continued delays in delivery may result in your account access being revoked” and I REALLY don’t want to mess around with that.

Have any of y’all had to deal with this? Should I be concerned
