Hi I ordered long range model y rwd in white start of April and it was always a may estimate. The last few weeks it said 13-27 may and now the last few days it just says may? I thought i would have had a vin by now if it was may delivery

I have the omni pro x10 and always get the suction fan error I have checked for blockages and replaced filter and still get this. When it's on vacuum and mop it says it instantly and stops working but when mop only the vacuum still works it says the error message but keeps going? Any advice
