Need desperate help on the anatomy and LEGS

I’m the type of person who spends 90% of their time drawing headshots, 6% of the time doing busts, 3% of the time on half body and only 1% had I ever drawn a full-body. So now I’m completely lost on the anatomy and mostly the legs TT. I’ve tried to find a reference but couldn’t really find anything. Ill rlly appreciateit if someone could give me some pointers :,3

I’ve been trying to make a database of character info for a rp I’m hosting. However I also am trying to make it so that other people (mods) could also change and add those info. Well uh, the big problem I’ve ran into Is that, well, the changes don’t save, so now I’m asking if it’s even possible for other people to change your projects data? I’ve tried using cloud but it didn’t work (also because I’m just a terrible coder :,))
