Deliberately keeping this vague as son works in same store.

As A customer I was standing by kiosk. Heard raised voices to see a male customer having a real go at a young small female staff member. A mitte security was standing a few feet away just watching. After a couple if minutes I went across and told the irate customer to he needed to calm down and was he aware he was talking to a young lady. Still the Mitte bod did nothing.

One of the other staff had gone and got a male manager who took over.

Are Mitte trained not to get involved if it's a complaint?
