Hey Nagpurians,

I’m looking to get an interior design map (2D floor plan + 3D visualization) done for my 3BHK.

Flat Details:
• Super Buildup: 1,154 sq. ft.
• Estimated Carpet: ~808 sq. ft. (30% deduction)
• Location: Nagpur

I’m specifically looking for just the mapping and design layout (not the execution/contracting yet).

Does anyone know the current market rate per sq. ft. in Nagpur?

Are designers here charging based on carpet area or super buildup?

If you’ve recently worked with someone local for just the design phase, I’d love to hear the ballpark figures you paid.
