So I’m about 80 classes in, and typically take Sig50s and Focus50s. One of my fav coaches is leading an Advance50 class and I’m not sure what to expect. I asked one of my other fav coaches about it and she said that she thought I would be fine.
For context, I don’t do too many amplifications unless its upper body or something related to a lunge. I rarely do planks/crunches on toes.
What are the main differences from Adv50 and Sig50, and what should I expect from the advance class ?
