MSP helpdesk is killing me
I got an opportunity to start a career in IT at helpdesk position for one MSP medium size (global terms) and its owerwhelming, I got 3 days of onboarding and after a month I am expected to be dealing with such a complex situations that I am simply not ready to do, I don't mind working hard and it is a great opportunity to learn but how can I learn anything when getting bombarded with 10000 different scenarios per day for such a variety of clients that we provide a service for. I was thinking to set up a foot into IT and start developing but how am I able to deal with expectation of solving L2/L3 problems when I am just starting to understand basic ticketing system that we use. Feel lost, please help
Edit: thanks everyone, really a valuable advices around. We are in the same boat more or less, it will be fine 🤞🤟
