Hi all! We are heartbroken to have come to the conclusion that Wallace, our 2.5 year old, male, mini F1b needs to be rehomed. We had a baby almost 2 years ago and have been trying to make it work, but we have come to the difficult decision that he would be so much happier in a different environment.

Posting here because it’s been very disheartening to find out that the foster based rescues I’ve reached out to aren’t open to taking him since he can be aggressive toward other dogs. I’ve gotten the advice 3x to just euthanize him. I am not ready to do that until I’ve exhausted every avenue to try to find him a home.

In all transparency, he do bite me once, but this was fully because he was startled and reacting to another dog, and I got caught up in his leash, fell to the ground and he was startled and bit me.

Wallace is approximately 45 lbs (he is on a diet!) and is about 2.5 years old. He is a total love bug, very affectionate and love snuggles. He is also high-energy, quirky, not afraid to use his voice and dying for a job!!!

He is selective with his dog-friends and likes to be the head-dog-in-charge. Because of this, we feel he would be best in a 1-dog home. He would be best in a high energy home, without small children and lots of space to run.

Wallace is such a special boy with so much love to give, we want to see him thrive in his new home.
