Getting strange black flickering/artifacting in games on a brand new high-end PC (see screenshot/video). Random black bars/shapes appear on screen during gameplay.
Important detail:
the issue completely disappears when I lower the GPU clocks in MSI Afterburner.
Things I already tried:
- Fresh Windows reinstall
- DDU + clean driver installs
- Multiple NVIDIA drivers
- Temps are fine
- Brand new system/all new parts
GPU is an RTX 5070 Ti.
