I have SW999 E2S1 at 197 speed and YG E0S0 at like 176, should I run YG on vonwaq? I heard the 200 speed breakpoint only matters if both chars are at 200, so what should I do?

Hey yall, I currently have SW E2S0, Sparxie E0S1, YG E0S0, and HH E1S0. Would SW S1 or YG E1 be more impactful? I can only get one cuz I wanna save for elation sustain too
