All of my chats disappeared. Any way of recovering them?

I am using new watch and trying to use the Modular face. It is very annoying because the OFF layout seems to be the same as the ON one. I like to have the OFF layout very simple. Just date and time but I can’t now. It has the same features as the ON one and if I change one it does the same as the other. Help!

This morning my iPad is silent. I’ve checked all possible settings and they appear to be okay. Has anyone experienced this and fixed it?
