Someone is black mailing me and asking for Money how do i report???

My friend had blocked me few months ago

She was my best friend, she didn't reply me for 2 weeks or more so we the time came she replied so I was kinda mad at her so I never replied, she texted sorry for 2 days maybe or something but I ignored it cus I was really angry, but that unfortunately she was dumb enough to block me. And I have no way to connect to her I would appreciate if anyone can help

My father clicked on a link and entered his credentials. After a while scammers kicked him out and now we can only log in for a few minutes before they log us out (I assume this happens automatically).

Question 1: I have the original device, phone number, basically everything. Can I restore access or delete the account? They are spamming all of their contacts.

Question 2: What the fuck? Why is it impossible to gain access back, why does Telegram not mark account as spam or something, we had access to the account briefly, it spammed like 200 contacts with the same message within a few minutes, is this really that hard to track?

Telegram support is 100% useless, over a week with 0 replies, so I would appreciate advice that may help, right now it just seems that the account is forever theirs until support replies, which they may never do, as I understand.

No I don’t want to hide the pin until I open it again and it shows up again , I didn’t even mean to pin the chat window to begin with

It’s insane how difficult it is to find how to unpin this shit , I’m a software engineer I am a smart person I’m not elderly , I looked at every option it gives me and googled and none of it works

So basically I use telegram for long time now and recently I have noticed that some people can’t message me at all while it works if they message other accounts, I have tried the spambot and everything and some people still can’t message me. Can anyone tell me how to fix this so that’s everyone can message me

I'm just so pissed.

Basically whenever I'm able to find files either through movie finders or general search. I forward and save those messages and then do the download

Every single file I've had to download 4-5 sometimes 6 times again and again.

I keep my phone on the whole while, download+ click save to downloads and still the same.

After the download is complete to 100, i click the file but can't play. No where in the downloads, not playable and if I go back and come back to the message, I have to download againnnnn

I purchased Telegram Premium through PremiumBot over a year ago. It recently renewed automatically. How can I cancel and get a refund for the renewal?

Is it possible to remove the settings, chats, and contacts section now, or are those useless buttons still there?

As described in headline, I downloaded Telegram for the first time and added my Google voice number. I’ve been using this number for a year mainly for job applications.

The Telegram account linked to my VOIP number already has a name different from my own and username not created by me. There’s an existing address book filled with Russian contacts.

I check Devices, and there’s another active session different than my own.

What is happening?

Any kind soul knows why I can't purchase telegram premium and Singapore??

I noticed that on the Telegram mobile app, you can set notification exceptions, for example, mute everything except specific chats or channels.

But on the Mac desktop app, I can’t seem to find any option to add or manage those exceptions.

So I’m wondering, is this feature just not available on desktop? Or are the exceptions supposed to be set on mobile and then synced, with the desktop app following those same rules?

Would appreciate if anyone knows how this works.

I have two iPhones: one private and one business.

I need to transfer files from one phone to the other.

I don’t use Telegram, and I don’t want my contacts to be notified that I joined, or even be able to find me on Telegram.

On both phones I set:

Telegram (Privacy & Security):

Who can see my number: Nobody

Who can find me by my number: My Contacts

iPhone settings:

Settings → Telegram → Contacts → Limited access (I selected only the other phone)

Now when I open Telegram → Contacts → “+”, it asks for full access to contacts.

If I don’t allow it, I can’t proceed. 😐

Is there a way to use Telegram only between my two phones without giving full access to contacts or being visible to others?

I have a friend who owns a public group with user verification, and his premium account was recently limited because he was reported too often for having "illicit" posts which is obvious to me that a bunch of false reports had been made against him. Regardless of exactly how he got reported, I'm just wondering if Telegram's illicit material processing algorithms are weighing in at all on reports from outsiders who can view the group or if anyone knows this is potentially a problem with Telegram public groups? I verified that I could view and almost-go through with reporting a post, while using an alternate account of mine that isn't a part of the group. I asked Grok and Grok was stupidly convinced that outsiders couldn't view content in this scenario. Is there also potentially a more likely way he could have been reported by people that don't like him?

Suddenly this morning my chan el dissapeared (sorry this is private channel) says message, no abuse notifications about them being blocked or something

Hi all! I feel like a dumbass, I can't find a way to change the swipe-to-reply to be to the right and not to the left (like in most other messengers), nor could I find anything about it while googling. Is there a way? Thanks!

I bought 100 stars 9th of this month, but the apple invoice came today(19th) to my gmail. I also checked my bank account and it looks like the payment was done today for the 100 stars i bought at 9th. Is this normal?
