Do I even have it anymore? I had painless sex for the first time…
Long time lurker here and I’ve always been sure I had vaginismus until I had sex the other day…
Little back story, I “lost” my virginity when I was 17 with my boyfriend at the time. And by lost, I mean it would not go in during missionary. However, when I was fully flat on my stomach, it went in with no pain. The sex lasted all over 10 minutes and that was that. A lot of, is it in? Does it hurt? Blah blah blah. After that, I’ve tried tampons, dilators and it would be very painful almost to the point of passing out.
Fast forward to my Pap smear given by my (male) doctor at the time (with a woman nurse in the room of course). I just wanted to get it over with, but when he tried to put the speculum in, I SCREECHED in pain. An actual yelp. He stopped and referred me to a gyno. I was so embarrassed the rest of the day and I was cramping a lot. So from then and on I was sure I had it.
Now onto a couple of days ago, I’m a senior in college who just wanted to have care free sex. I’ve been flirting with this guy and I never planned on having sex until one thing led to another and- it happened. I truly believe it was because I was on turned on and naturally lubricated that it was pleasure full. It was AMAZING. Best sex I’ve ever had!
Now you would think, well yeah no more vaginismus but after I left his room, I went to the bathroom to my surprise my whole underwear and pants were stained of blood. So idk if it’s because he went really deep in my cervix or maybe this a side effect of vaginismus? IDK . So am I cured?
I will say he did say I was tight the first round we had sex. So…
TLDR: I had sex after thinking I had vaginismus but I was bleeding afterwards. Help?
