Heat rash ? Need help identifying this rash and or treatment options
Need help identifying this rash , it’s been affecting my quality of life. Been getting this literally all over my body as far back as I can remember, they look exactly like this pic of my arm but really concentrated on my neck and abdomen area. For context I live in southern California and get flare ups when hot , but not just exclusively in hot weather , always assumed it was heat rash but am not too sure . Cortizone used to help but not too much anymore. Can anyone confirm if it’s heat rash and the best way to treat this , thank you very much appreciated
