I’m looking to relet my room w/ attached bathroom in a 4b4b + spacious indoor parking spot in a high rise (HERE. 308 E Green St) from May 15 to July 31.

You’ll have the apartment to yourself from May 18.

The property’s got all sorts of facilities from a gym and a hot tub, to a golf simulator, bowling alley, and tanning beds, all of which are included in the rent.

Current rent is 1099 (room and internet) + 125 (parking) + utilities (includes a 14 dollar per month insurance fee). VERY NEGOTIABLE!

Really looking to make this happen because I’ve got an out of state internship I need to rent another place for. So, yeah, gimme your best offer, and we might make it work! I’ll take care of any end-of-lease payments to be made despite what you offer!

Lowkey feel like going to my parents’ place for a few days to prep for finals because I don’t feel too good here rn.

But also, I don’t wanna feel like I’m running away.

So I guess I’d like to know if anyone else is doing this, just so I know I’m not alone in this lol
