Hi everyone. I’m reaching out to ask for help for a very gentle stray dog I’ve been feeding occasionally near a construction area in Baguio City.
I’m not able to care for him daily, but I try to bring food when I can. He has been staying around the area for months and is very sweet.I’m not sure if he has an owner, but he appeared quite thin when I first saw him. Since then, I’ve been feeding him whenever I can, and I’ve noticed that sometimes other kind people also give him food, which I’m really grateful for.
I’m hoping we can help him together for his safety. I can continue checking on him and feeding him when I pass by, but he really needs a more stable and safe home or foster to avoid long-term risks in the area.
He is located in Baguio City (general area for safety)
One time, when I brought food, he didn’t immediately focus on eating—he just stayed close, asked for pets, and even ran after me when I started to leave. He really seems to enjoy human companionship.
If anyone is willing to adopt, foster, or connect us to a rescue group, it would mean a lot. I can share more photos and videos, and I’m willing to help coordinate for his transition to a safer home.
