I am facing an issue with my extraction, it is too bittery. I extracted about 38g of coffee out of 17g of beans in about 27 seconds with double preinfusion (i know, it's not a perfect 1:2 ratio, but I am close to that). As for my machine I am using a Delonghi Dedica with the temperature set on 2nd stage which I think is 92-93 Celsius. What can I do to improve the taste of the esspresso?
