10 hour labor. Pushed 45 minutes. Induced with Pitocin. I had always dreamed of an unmedicated birth but requested the epidural at 6cm. CRNA was unable to place it successfully so I finally said screw it and proceeded with an unmedicated birth which was terrifying.

That was the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my entire life. But she’s here. We did it. And I’m so freaking proud of myself. Each and every one of you is capable!!! And if you’re questioning whether or not you’re built for this shit, you are.
