I have job offer from 2 places; one is from institution where my husband (also on waiver) works; it’s through ARC which will start processing only in October but I have only until December to stay in U.S. My employer have stated they would support the H1B petition fee if needed. The other one is from a place 3 hours from home. They would process through NBRC which likely will start processing immediately and there is hope that H1B would come before December. Is it worth taking the risk of waiting for ARC and petitioning for H1B from home country? Also any idea if we can transfer to another institution in underserved area but not NBRC region?
