Provider says Invisalign is denying my refinements??

Hi All! I have Invisalign thru my dentist (would not recommend lol it’s been an annoying process) and I just finished what was supposed to be my 3rd and last refinement. However my bottom teeth still are not straight. My dentist is claiming they can’t give me any more refinements because Invisalign said so. However when I look it up it says Invisalign doesn’t have a limit on refinements if the teeth are still not straight. I signed a contact before treatment and paid before and it said nothing about refinement limit. I’ve tried to push back on this but they remain firm Invisalign won’t let them unless I pay a $1500 fee for a new treatment plan. Has this happened to anyone? How can I legally push back on this I am very upset after paying thousands that my teeth still are not straight!

For context , I’m pretty good about wearing my aligners but my dentist changed 3 times over the course of my treatment so I don’t think they were properly tracking my results.

I live in a co op which is extremely strict about removing any type of furniture (I can only pick 1 singular day to move out furniture on M-F 9-5pm). This furniture is less than a year old so ideally I would sell it but I am worried people on Facebook won’t be able to disassemble or will flake day of leaving me screwed with a big fee from my building. I feel like the safest route would be to find a free donation / removal service to get it all in one go? Has anyone had experience with moving out of a super strict co op before? Are the rules usually this binding? It feels so excessive considering I basically being forced to remove my furniture out before my lease ends (lease ends on a Sunday but as mentioned above furniture can only be moved M-F). Any advice appreciated. Thanks!
