Apple Watch Ultra 3 not tracking vo2max
so I run a lot and like to track my vo2max I got injured and took 2 months off and and came back and my vo2max just started saying it was 0 I have sent it to Apple and they replaced the watch but it still is doing the same thing anyone have any idea how to fix this?
