I keep getting 3 star ratings, but no feedback. No missing, damaged or expired items. No unrequested refunds, no feedback for poor communication or not following instructions. Every time I meet a customer, I address them by name and ask if they need help bringing stuff in. What could I possibly be doing wrong?

Just because there's no tip, doesn't automatically make it a bad order. Don't take it, for sure. But $24 for 118 items and 3 miles isn't THAT bad. I see THESE orders every single day. 200km round trip? With gas prices the way they are would cost most people $30-40 in gas alone and take 3 hours. For a $42 payout
