Getting better at pack def

As a player this is the biggest gap in my skillset. I understand pack def rules and I can see where pack is and where bridging needs to happen usually. But I'm definitely not the fastest at reading it in the moment or recognizing where I can manipulate it to my team's advantage. Are there drills or anything specific to this that would help that become more automatic?

Mix stuff

Mix in Cincy also started off pretty bad. Did get better by the end. Still a great show. But it was very weird because Home Team's mix was like perfect from the start

My knowledge of the genre is likely not as deep as most of you here, so I come with a request...

Looking for an emo breakup song that specifically doesn't paint the ex as a villain, and maybe even wishes them the best and understands the breakup needed to happen, but also just really fucking heartbroken about it. Asking for a sad emo queer who is me
