Just wondering, in the 2nd year, what was the difference in your bonus amount versus the bonus mentioned in your offer letter (e.g target bonus / IC bonus) for the first year. Did it differ greatly?

Does anyone have any experience with working flexibly 3 out of 5 days a week? I've heard you need to be in the office a minimum of six hours? with this in mind, has anyone been able to start from home at say, 7am for an hour, then commute to the office, say for 9am (1hr commute), do 6 hours in the office, then continue working from home?
Or is this likely to quietly trip HR? Would it absorb the WFH quota if only an hour or two from home?
