For the dental hygienists who get massages, how often do you get them, and how much do they cost? Thank you :)

Hello! I am currently in school to become a dental assistant. My end goal is to become a dental hygienist, I wanted to work as a dental assistant first to get the feel of working in the dental world. I plan to work for a year as an assistant and then go back to school for hygiene. I’ve heard and read about all the cons of being a dental hygienist, but I would love to know about the pros of the career! Thanks for your feedback. :)
