If the option to purchase an autograph online isn’t there / sold out, do you have the option to buy one on the day if there is anymore availability?

Hey all, just wanted some advice (potentially reassurance!) on this unfortunate ding my Les Paul Junior has suffered.

Is it a simple, fill the dent then refinish, or would it be more involved than that?

I’ve contacted Gibson for repair quote via their online form, but if this is something a tech/luthier could do should I take that option instead?
