Hello everybody I just wanted to hop on in here in hopes a Potiental response to all this. I’m from Australia and I’m 19 looking to pursue a role in car sales. I’ve been to multiple dealerships with my resume and cover letter in hopes of making a better impression but I wonder if I’m doing something wrong? is me not following up the status of the resumes wrong or is it the fact that I handed it to the receptionist instead of the general manager even though they were busy? I’ve been to at least 20 dealerships where I’ve just been left in the dark. is it my lack of experience or the terrible job market here in Aus? thanks
