Title: Severe overheating sensation, dizziness, sweating, and fatigue for 2 years (worse with stress or heat)
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Height & Weight: 184 cm / 80 kg
Smoking status: Non-smoker
Current medications: Cipra Pro 10 mg, Neoprission 2 mg
Medical history: No known chronic diseases
Main symptoms:
I experience extremely intense body heat (like sudden overheating), along with a burning sensation in the joints of my hands and very heavy sweating. This is often accompanied by:
- Severe fatigue and exhaustion
- Headache
- Blurred vision
- Dizziness and a spinning sensation (like the world is moving)
- Pressure in my head and around my eyes (feels like my head is being squeezed)
- Shaking/trembling and a feeling of lack of control over my body (even though I am actually in control)
Triggers:
- Physical effort (even light activity like walking)
- Stress, anxiety, anger, or strong emotions
- Hot weather or hot showers
- Strong smells (especially perfumes or alcohol-based scents, which make symptoms much worse)
Additional symptoms:
- Excessive sweating, especially between thighs and around buttocks during episodes
- Shortness of breath and extreme tiredness with minimal effort
- General feeling that my body cannot tolerate heat normally
Duration:
This has been happening for about 2 years
Relevant history:
The symptoms started after a neck injury from the gym (sudden/violent movement). Initially I had headaches and blurred vision, then over time the overheating and sweating symptoms developed and became worse.
I also currently have sciatica and recently started physical therapy (first session was last Thursday).
Impact on life:
This condition is severely affecting my daily life. I feel constantly exhausted, cannot tolerate heat, and even simple activities like walking feel difficult. It has also affected me mentally because I cannot live normally or enjoy daily activities.
Question:
What could be causing these symptoms? Could this be related to my neck injury, nervous system, or something else? What kind of doctor or tests should I consider?
