• Managing the process till final selection

Payout: Up to ₹1,500 per successful hire
(Payment will be released on the same day once client payment is received)

• What’s a fair payout structure per successful candidate?
• Do you usually fix a flat fee or go with a % of CTC?
• When do you typically release payments—after selection or after receiving payment from the client?
• Any common challenges or things to avoid in such collaborations?
