22M Ask to 23F to be my GF even though it'll end up being long distance ?
I met this amazing girl in NYC and have been talking and seeing each other for about a month and a half. I'm actually staying over her place right now for a week until I head back upstate for graduation. The problem is, however, that after graduation I'm going to be moving to SF for work and probably won't be back in NYC for another year. She has another year of school left in NYC. Things have been going amazing and this wouldn't be an issue at all if not for the location of my work.
We've both expressed how we wanted to be in NYC long term but I think both of us are a little wary of the distance and the time as well. So I'm a little confused on how to navigate this. I was thinking we could just continue talking and see where it goes and then maybe once I return to new york some time next year we could meet up again. I guess I'm also thinking of the other side of creating said label but I also don't want to tie things down for her since I've heard LDR being pretty difficult and we don't have 1 year of dating as foundation.

Met an awesome girl and we've hit it off in NYC but have to work in SF for about a year till I can go back. Unsure on how to progress with this relationship.
