What actually helps my ADHD paralysis

ADHD paralysis has honestly been one of the hardest things for me. Sometimes I’ll sit there KNOWING what I need to do and still feel completely stuck for hours.

A few things that have actually helped me:

- breaking tasks into ridiculously small steps

- “5 minute rule” (telling myself I only need to do it for 5 mins)

- putting on a timer instead of waiting for motivation

- writing down only 3 priorities instead of overwhelming myself with huge lists

I got tired of feeling overwhelmed all the time, so I made myself a simple digital guide/template system to help me get unstuck and organize my brain better. It’s completely free because I just wanted to share what helped me personally.

If anyone wants it, you can DM me :)
