I’ve started making my cookies for the masses…the recipe I’ve used my whole life (from my great grandma) is an oatmeal-based chocolate chip cookie. I feel like most people’s cookies don’t have oatmeal? Will people want to buy my cookies, or should I try a new base recipe?
