I’ve been putting off upgrading my floors for a while, but summer feels like the right time to finally get it done.

The only thing is, I don’t want a full-blown renovation that takes weeks or turns the house upside down. Ideally looking for something that:

• installs quickly without too much disruption
• doesn’t create a lot of dust or mess
• is easy to maintain long term

I’ve seen a lot of options online, but it’s hard to choose based on pictures.

If you’ve upgraded your floors recently, especially during a tight timeline, what worked well for you? Any brands or materials you’d recommend?
