Hi all! I’m fairly new here but just wanted to share that I have began my recovery journey this week and it has been going well so far! I’ve cut back on excessive exercising and am honoring my mental hunger, and how seemingly endless it is right now.

My only concern right now is that my grocery bill has definitely gone up 😅
