Has anyone had the symptom of always being freezing and solved it with B12 injections? My thyroid & iron levels are optimized, but I'm still always cold--not ideal when you live in Wisconsin and are only happy when it's above eighty degrees!

I just received an order of B12 from The B-12 Store and there's no information about what gauge needle comes with the injections or how to inject them. (They provide broken YouTube links.) Not very happy. (Also, the entire package REEKS of fragrance.)

Has anyone used this place? Any advice?
