i’ve been looking into ways to get a bit of color without relying too much on the sun since i burn pretty easily. came across these melanin or tanning nasal sprays that supposedly help your body tan more naturally over time.

kinda curious if anyone here has actually used them? did you notice a real difference or was it barely noticeable? also wondering if there were any weird side effects or things to watch out for.

not trying to get super tan, just something subtle that looks natural and doesn’t fade instantly. open to hearing other options too if these aren’t worth it.
