Instacart just send me that I did "unauthorized payment with the card", but I only ever do what the client ask me and pay for what the client want with the card. Even replacement aren't done without client approval or I reimburse. I don't understand. I have a rating of 4.9/5 for 300 orders, platine statu and it kinda freaked me out. Any idea what I should do?

Im running 30 mins a day + 1h of gym but it only get me to approximately 5-6k steps a day. Should I walk more or the benefits of 30 mins run is good? Im asking cause it say it recommended to have 10k steps everyday for general health. Thank you!
