I am located in Pennsylvania in us and about two months ago, definitely over 30 days, I financed a car from a dealership that I had just used before this purchase, a deer took my last one. they were able to help me into this but shortly after they went into construction and would hardly answer and now have complete dissapera with all numbers deactivated. problem is I got pulled over yesterday and they were nice enough not to take it bc I had my daughter but I leave my car is not registered or even in my name. I call my loan company today and they tell me the dealership never payed the people they got the car from and my loan company is currently trying to work a deal out with the people holding the title. what are my legal options? how do I file a complaint against the dealer I don't see anything about it on the DMV or pendott page?

I recently, a month and a half to two months ago now, definitely over 30 days, I financed a vehicle from a place I had previously bought from. a deer took my first financed car so I went back to see if they could help and they got me into a Prius. I get pulled over picking up my daughter in NY and the troopers tell me the car is not registered titlesd or anything, they can't find any info on it. they thankfully don't tow it because I have my daughter but I call my title division of the loan company today and they say the dealership hasnt sent them the title and they are trying to get it themselves which is why it hasn't been registered. I can not contact the dealership as shortly after the sale they went into "construction" closed the building down and every single number I have, including their posted number on the door of their building to reach out to during construction, have all been deactivated. should I just sit and wait for the loan company to say something or is there legal action I can take here?

pretty sure I know what most y'all will say and I've got my go to rec brands but jersey area rec prices hurt me. I swing by a smoke shop bc I just have an addiction to go in any I see haha and find it's a grey market idk what you call it in a legal state but I recognize most the products, Camino, sugar high gummies, boutique switch vapes and guy seems chill but I'm a concentrate man and his brand is whole melt extracts, showed the jars he makes his pucks from and they seem legit to the brand I mean since there's a lot about them being faked. yeah yeah you get what you pay for but I feel like 60 for 3.5g is a fair price for concentrates but unfortunately in the rec market that's the price per gram BEFORE taxes. without sales I couldn't but that's my main point, I need a place where I can consistency go and not have to check a shit ton of dispos for an hour to hopefully save 5 bucks. so anyone have any recent encounters with this stuff? should I take the L and turn it into gummies? smells looks and smokes fine from what I can tell. effects are fine but a little fleeting but most are for me. a very slight weird taste that's very reminiscent of street concentrates. I know a few rec brands that every now and then drop the 40-30 and I have no issues with that, well a little when they add 10 bucks in taxes, but it's affordable but also inconsistent which is the problem and the reason I'm trying these in a legal market haha
